Management Advisor / IT Infrastructure
I’ve had the privilege to establish prominent relationships with the most influential telecommunication organisations globally.
I’m a strong believer in the necessity of delivering added value to an organisation by capturing defined business needs, measuring & analysing actual performance, deploying or improving innovative solutions through the application of best practices (ITIL, Six Sigma, XaaS), and controlling the data.
My passion is leading teams while maintaining operational excellence, with the purpose of delivering streamlined services which are provided with exceptional customer service and achieved with lean operational costs. I consider that as leaders, our ability to lead and empower the right people for the right challenge will translate into our greatest success stories (both personally and corporately).
I’m a visionary, results-focused manager recognised for enterprise-level technology utilisation and strategic leadership. I’ve learned to navigate through large, complex, multi-stakeholder corporate structures and politics to deliver the necessary end results.
Finally, I truly enjoy building solid & lasting relationships both on a business and a personal level.
